Board of Directors
The governing body of NYBSA is the Executive Board of Directors (the “Board”), established by NYBSA’s governing bylaws. The Board works closely with the Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation to ensure that recreational baseball and softball are available to our community and to maximize public use of county resources.
The Executive Board of Directors shall consist of nine elected and four appointed positions.
